Anheuser-Busch Q4 revenue up
Anheuser-Busch has reported 5.7% rise in revenue to $9,873m during the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2011, compared to $9,473m during the corresponding quarter in 2010.
Gross profit for the fourth quarter grew 10% to $5,860m, compared to $5,281m during the same quarter the previous year.
Normalized earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose 12.2% to $4,237m, compared to $3,895m during the prior year period.
Total volumes decreased 0.6% with own beer sales decreasing by 0.3% and third party products sales declining by 047.5% and non-beer volumes increasing by 0.7%.
The company's total revenue for the full year 2011 rose 4.6% to $39,046m, compared to $36,297m for the full year 2010.
