DBR Staff Writer Published 09 February 2012

Due South Brewing will open its brewery and start brewing the craft beer at 2900 High Ridge Road near Boynton Beach by March 2012.

The brewery will hold an area of 15,000ft² among which 1,000ft² will be used by bar. It also plans to cut about 180ft of concrete and asphalt to install new drains.

Due South Brewing will be brewing Caramel beer, Roasted Cocoa Stout and Category three IPA. Customers will be able to grab a gallon of caramel beer for $20.

Due South Brewing owner Mike Halker said the company hopes to start bottling the beer by the summer to sell in select stores all around the county and beyond.
